Changes at the Top are Destroying the Company

Good coworkers. Many giving their heart and soul to the company because they believed in the product the mission the family. Good pay and benefits. Nice working environment
Cons
New management at the site and a corporate have really tanked the company. They shift priorities frequently waste significant amounts of money on non value add activities but refuse to invest in adding headcount where needed. The new site head of Jaffrey has no connection with the work force unless you are a chosen one. He does not listen to feedback from anyone that is not in his inner circle and punishes those that challenge him. Has led to a culture of fear. The changes at corporate employing only those from Germany or St. Louis has led to a lack of understanding of the specialized work done at Jaffrey. Corporate continues to push down initiatives and mandates asking for more while providing less. HR is the worst proving there is no human in Human Resources. I did think I would stay at this job till retirement. The best decision I made was to leave when I did.
