      There are no pros for this position. It is a good temporary job.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Multi-billion dollar company, but is extremely cheap when trying to get new equipment. Management is extremely selfish and has no respect for their employees.

      Pros

      Free WiFi. Most of you coworkers are in the same boat as you. Beats unemployment. They make sure you have a laptop so you can work on the weekends from home (sarcasm - that's not really a pro).

      Cons

      Total micromanagement. Our group is short staffed and management keeps piling on the job tasks that lack purpose or necessity. Its a no-win situation when management doesn't have a clue what their people do. If you aren't a suck-up, don't expect a promotion. Seems like the ones that don't work much, leave early and otherwise break the rules get the rewards. There are rarely promotions with in your group. The buildings are overcrowded. Desk space is at a premium. The location is in a rough part of the city. Parking is sparse. Street parking is an unfortunate reality. Make sure you have a club.
