MindTouch is a great place to work for. The workplace environment is fun and laid back, which always led to an increase in productivity.

Cons

Stock options were offered in lieu of cash raises. Since it was a startup, the direction and mission statement of the company changed frequently.

MindTouch offers a great culture and employees truly are diligent about accomplishing ambitious goals. MindTouch employees are very tight-knit and strive to learn more about their profession through a high level of team engagement. MindTouch employees enjoy an open floor plan which fosters an excellent team atmosphere.

Cons

MindTouch is located in the heart of San Diego which make for an excellent lifestyle. However, San Diego doesn't have a well formed tech industry so you miss out on some of the excitement you would experience in other cities such as San Francisco or Austin.
