Pros

Some of the best reasons why MindTouch is a great place to work are: 0) Amazing development team. Everyone pushes itself to do its best work, work to be proud of. The engineers care about their craft and are always looking for better ways to do something. 1) As a customer success company, our Support and Customer Success departments are best of breed. 2) The sales team is amazing, and are bringing more and more respected companies as our customers. 3) We are growing, and are eager to make the company more successful. 4) We have a great plan for the next few years in regards to growth and product direction and innovation.

Cons

Nothing is perfect, and some of the things that could be improved are: 0) We need more working/private areas to be able to have discussions. 1) The office layout is not conducive to collaboration, and it is hard to get to some offices or conference rooms. 2) We need a kitchen cleaning crew to be hired :-) 3) There isn't a matching 401k plan, and the family health insurance plans are expensive.

Pros

The administrators who work there are a joy, the employees are brilliant, the office is pristine and they have a great arcade room. The proximity to Little Italy and the Gaslamp quarter make it a good location for meetings and work.

Cons

Parking is a little difficult for Downtown San Diego, the Air Conditioning is turned on all day, everyday; and the buildings doesn't have enough bathrooms.

Pros

MindTouch offers unprecedented learning opportunities. It's a fun work environment. Also, I enjoy all my colleagues. The atmosphere is very entrepreneurial, which is great if this something your comfortable with.

Cons

MindTouch is an intense work environment with high expectations. It is not work environment for the faint of heart or for individuals accustomed to a great deal of structure.
