11yThank you for your review! We'd love more feedback on what policies you feel are hampering your work life, because we want to fix those! We do have a survey in the works to address some of these specifics as we'd like to pinpoint the most common pain points for our employees. Glassdoor is a tremendous help with this though. You can be sure that all the con's listed here are very much on our radar for improvement.
