Dreadful and disappointing time

Pros

They sold a great story initially of how they are boutique and different. It all made it seem that there is so much work life balance but in reality there is no support from operations, clinics are being opened too fast, patients are treated as cash cows and things are completely uncoordinated.

Cons

Place needs a huge overhaul. Just stop burning people into believing this is an amazing place only for them to be burnt over and over again.

-Supervisors were supportive of staff and attentive to staff's needs. -Room for growth

Cons

-Low pay. Pay was said to be competitive based on experience, however, I did have experience and a staff member without any experience in the field received the same hourly wage as I did.
