1. Nice work culture. 2. Seniors are helpful and will make you to learn new technologies even if you are not willing too. 3. good work life balance. 4. Higher management gives due considerations to enjoy as well as to work. 5. You will learn a lot .

1. Salary for the beginner is very low, as compared to other companies. Specially for a place like Delhi, it will give you many hardships:) .
