Pros

I have worked in Mindfire Solutions for 2 years. So pros are 1. Flexibility in work. 2. Lots of surprises(bonus stuffs- thanks to CEO) 3. Average pay( good for freshers though). 4. Average Infrastructure. 5. Company is growing with a headcount of 700+ employees. 6. Few very top level managements(ceo, cto, qa) work hard to grow the company.

Cons

1. Management( Project Managers) are least bothered who is working and who is not. 2. Very less technical help from lead. May be because they have become too lazy hiding themselves under the work that developers do. 3. Few Developers/Leads are too lazy to be efficient. They never work nor do they want to work. Its fault of the Project Manager because he doesnt keep track of things. So when client is layman its actually he who suffers!!!

Good company for a fresher to get hands on different technology. If you can handle the work pressure (due to dumb work managment and more of client suck up) then you are the Donkey needed.

Cons

work etiquette zero. Managment ettiquette haphazard. Sucking up to the manager will help the employee.
