Pros

Nice people, especially if you're mentally 27. Lots of insanely talented people. Super fun work environment with a VR room and groups that play drinking games after work, video games at lunch. If you're good at what you do and you are slightly connected to internet culture you've got a built-in giant group of friends and Mindgrub.

Cons

If I had to say something it's that the work can be very high intensity and can overwhelm at times, but I feel as though that's probably my own fault.

Pros

Mindgrub is always up to date on the latest and greatest technologies and will train their staff accordingly. For the first time in my career, I have no fear of falling behind. Upper management routinely meets with randomly selected staff members to get their complaints and suggestions. The office and company is very laid back, but still produces high quality work.

Cons

While the company offers many perks, benefits are lackluster. My only other complaint is that the parking lot is getting crowded!

As a graphic designer I've found Mindgrub to be an amazing workspace to enhance my creative skills while working with incredibly knowledgeable people that strive to create great products and great client relationships. Additional Pros -Flexible Hours -Creative and engaging staff that works well together -Willingness of upper management to listen to the concerns of its employees -Strong desire to try out new and innovative technologies -Generous in bonuses and benefits -Good structured departments -Employees promote out of work groups and activities

Cons

-The company is still growing so the current office environment is tight and you will have a couple trial by fire moments to see how you fair in the company -Occasional contracts that have tight deadlines
