Amazing culture and perks to working at Mindgrub. There are opportunities daily for growth and learning. The environment is exciting and positive. Leadership is open and honest with their staff.

Cons

In the 10 years I've been out of school and working professionally full time, it's the best place I've ever worked.

Bring on the Holodeck

Mindgrub added 20 new hires this year bringing the company closer to 70 employees. We added new digital marketing, business development and client services departments. I am really excited about the holodeck being built in one of the game rooms and can't wait to see the additional virtual reality experiments that are created.

Cons

Occasionally we'll have a tight deadline but I think that keeps us humble.
