      No Pros at all !!

      Cons

      No management, no training. Expect you to get on hand and start working the very first day. No work-life balance at all. Expect employees to be on call 24/7. The response speed is one of the key items in your KPI.

      Easygoing, mostly friendly staff and management

      Cons

      Very common of management to give last second no-warning decisions to severely impact your schedule and the staffing of your location. They refuse to increase pay as promised and policy says to avoid giving you full-time hours as much as they possibly can.

      Pros

      Unless your Asian they do not offer higher positions and if they happen to give you upper management positions you are not taking serious they want sales but not provide new merchandise to make sales.

      Cons

      They want you to Provide all your safety equipment including toilet paper gloves and sanitizer low hours and demand high production
