      Lack of Communication and Rapid expansion will be their downfall

      Great benefits, decent pay, fun guests

      Cons

      There's no support for management, no formal training processes, lots of miscommunication and requests for items needed, only to have them never delivered and then SMs get in trouble for not having products. Even trying to get my store set up with cash ended up with a request from my bosses to deposit our till money directly into my personal bank account to be withdrawn for the store.
