      Pros

      Clear guidelines for onboarding, career growth opportunities, some employees went to study abroad with franchisees.

      Cons

      I didn't like how often they changed the top management in regions. It created the inconsistency around internal policies.

      If you need to gain experience on a wide range of responsibilities and tasks, this is a good place for that. They offer a lot of "opportunity" to take on more.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations for time spent. There's no such thing as "right to disconnect from work" here. You're on 247.
