Pros

Small store and easy to keep clean, friendly customers and nice co-workers.

Cons

Refuse to offer me a proper part-time contract instead keeping me on casual work, cut my hours without warning, bad management from upper levels - only one person works in a shift. Head office is very very strict and hard on employees. Casual contract employees get no benefits (paid sick leave, holiday pay etc)

unsatisfying salary no benefits for employees heavy lifting promise you the possibility to evolve but ignoring you when u remind them about it
