      - Intercultural environment - Opportunity to learn new things

      Cons

      - Chinese management is not very familiar with local market, so it takes a lot of time for management to understand some local rules and regulations. Company sometimes makes decisions based on experience in China without consideration of local situation.

      - Basic duties (cleaning, cash register, stocking items) - Friendly manager and co-workers - Fairly flexible working shift if you ask - If you buy anything from Miniso, you won’t be charge plastic bag (not sure if up to date)

      Cons

      - Depending on the location, can be very busy or very quiet - Head manager of all east outlets is demanding and expects a part timer to answer to situations where it’s not what their supposed to do - Lack of manpower in certain outlets can lead to part timer doing full timer duties - No discounts or employee benefits
