I worked at Miniso in New Zealand and it was really great! The other staff and managers were really nice and it was a fun experience.

Cons

Some of the shifts which were for two people in the beginning were reduced to one person, and 30 mins to close shop was reduced to 15 mins, but it always took longer.

HR management don’t know the actual meaning of “HR”, they are not that much educated to handle this position. If any of reason someone’s have issue with management so HR will help “management” to remove that parson who is having issue, instead of solving the issue😂.
