the people is what make the job fun, not the management, My coworkers are lovely, but that's about it.

Cons

bad management, you work more than your wage, you don't gain anything from working (like discounts). the pay isn't worth what you'll be doing. the management always has problems with everything. people get fired for breathing wrong in the managements direction.

Upper management would rather smoke and steal from their own stores on the act of “building a new store” and find a new person from another store to do most of a build with them
