The pay, and only the pay.

Cons

HR will not handle issues in a timely manner. While the pay is good they will literally use it against you every time there is a problem. "We pay so well, you should do better." You are expected to overwork yourself, even a healthy person gets rundown and overexerted.

Decent pay, but honestly no real pros

Cons

HR sucks bad, for months the store ran with no AC. People got hurt and sick all the time from incidents that could have been prevented had corporate actually set guidelines and standards in place.
