      - a place to break open your shell - flexible schedule - can do a lot in one shift, always busy

      Cons

      - upper management/corporate was super strict. they made us dust the shelves so often, and check with their fingers. it was a lot at one point.

      Pros

      Their products were great and I loved my team. Full time supervisor and above are eligible for benefits such as health coverage. That's about all I can say that was great about the company.

      Cons

      No discounts on products for employees. Needs better organization in regards to management and communication, improve training system especially when opening new locations (employees were literally thrown into the pool).

      The products are cute. That's it.

      Cons

      Everything nightmare about working in retail. Plus psychotic busy work and expectations from corporate. I always waste so much time doing random nonsense for their promos/generally dysfunctional operation instead of tasks that *actually* generate sales. Of course their failings fall down on store staff.
