Young team keeps atmosphere fun and peaceful. First one to see new cute products. Learn to handle cashier and communicate with costomers.

Cons

-Upper management sends passive e-mails, but acting nice while visiting store. -Unstable upper management, always have new hire people to manage stores and human resource. -No store discounts or benefits. Increase of workload due to excessive of over stock. -Put managers to deal with high stress from management. -Expect Managers to work over time without paying them. -Unorganized family business

- Runs as a family business, management and staff not necessarily qualified for role - Very disorganized - Do not follow Canadian rules/laws, operate business like they are in China - No structure or processes - Extremely high staff turnover - No training yet high expectations - Nobody knows what is going on, no communication

great co-workers in most of the store, very friendly and helpful. Lots of help for new staffs. Good pay

Cons

Management is the main problem of this company. They have unrealistic expectation on staffs such as coming eariler to prepare, unrealistic targets. If the sales is not doing as well as expected they will put the blame on staffs 100% eventho MINISO has not been getting new stocks besides hand sanitizer for months. They also expect us to work overtime with no pay as "this is our responsibility". Miniso also do not provide any staff benefits as"our products are already cheap".
