- Product is incredible for just about every function in a business, viral user growth during covid, good work/life balance

Cons

Poor sales culture, leadership disconnect from the reality of selling to large global organizations (deal desk, legal, security support was abysmal). Self-Serve vs Enterprise versions lacking appropriate contrast. Company has struggled to recover from the Post-covid lull. Odd cultural components for US employees

Incredible customer-centric and AI-first mindset and culture. CEO-founder deeply interested in product with strong product intuition. Very strong product platform strategy and experienced product leadership. Great colleagues — smart, collaborative, low-ego. Enormous opportunity ahead; meaningful problems with real scale.

Cons

Hypergrowth means priorities can shift quickly; ambiguity isn’t for everyone. Distributed teams/time zones require intentional communication. The talent bar is high; pace and expectations can feel intense. Some processes are still maturing as the company scales.
