Pros

-fun product -solid benefits -flexible work -good coworkers

Cons

-lack of growth - so tough to get promoted and so many layers of management so no professional growth opps -limited comp increases/recognition - Although it's very difficult to get promoted, if you do, the raises are sooo minimal (8%-10%). Non-promotion copm raises are like 4% (no cost of living raise, no bonus program, no upcoming liquidity event) -Constantly changing strategies - it's getting embarrassing honestly. Super clear that leadership is lost.

A really great first 3-4 weeks

Cons

- Don’t expect a steady ship if you want reason or logic behind strategy. - Learn to take walks and breath deeply if you like structure and process as both are lacking. - Promotion to frontline management is largely based on how much fawning over leadership you can do at the happy hours

Pros

You learn a lot, they have a sales process very structured and managers hands on. Benefits are great and office as well.

Cons

Product is a nice to have. Very micromanaging leaders. Everything is about numbers. You are always shut down on ideas. You always get new loads of asks internally that takes away your time from selling. Promotions are really hard, people have been in same seat for years unless you were favorite you would get promoted.
