Pros

The people at Miro are amazing: Kind, talented, and genuinely great to work with. You’ll learn a lot from them, and they’re definitely the Miro's biggest asset.

Cons

Sadly, what you see on the outside doesn’t match the reality inside. If you’re an investor or thinking of joining, you might want to think twice. Over the past six months, the company has taken a nosedive. - Hard work isn’t rewarded, and the culture has become toxic and unsupportive. - Leadership rolled out this weird “Mindset Framework” that puts employees into rigid boxes. Some incredibly talented people were let go just because they didn’t "fit the mold" or dared to speak their minds. - DEI is not a priority at all - There’s no clear direction or vision anymore. It feels like a sinking ship.

The company does not need initiative people

Pros

Interesting product, unusual engineering skills

Cons

The company says that they need initiative people but in reality, it's not. The company likes it if you stick to the party rules CEO knows nothing about engineering and don't want to know. Because of that the only 1 priority is features. No refactoring, improvements only features and features If you want to suggest something how it could improve tech. stack, add extra tests or smth like that it would be rejected because this wil not contribute to extra features. A huge lack of engineering improvements and unfortunately I don't see any movement in this direction
