Pros

- Joined Miro with handful happiness and joy. The onboarding was amazing - I’ve never had such an excellent welcome experience. - Training was fair. Mainly done by senior colleague. - The team is amazing. Always cheerful and supportive.

Cons

However, for some reason, I feel the management is not as good as our impressive team work. I feel they always try to control us by fear. Not sure if it’s their intention. The company management looks happy to spend money for several overseas meetings/events - however they are rather reluctant to investment the money for other important things (eg. hire more people to have enough resources, trainings, promotions). Now micromanagement started getting worse. I feel now we are just a head count for them. I don't think they trust us.

Good Product. Nothing more than that.

Cons

A leader who is woefully inadequate in all aspects of business, team leadership mindset, experience, and knowledge, yet is brimming with unfounded confidence. This person openly insists that because He is the president of the Japanese region, team members must devote themselves to serving them. When something goes wrong, this astonishingly incompetent leader immediately blames team members rather than taking responsibility.
