      Constant structural changes and book of business changes all the time, and is not always aligned with sales counterparts

      Pros

      Their are some positive elements including the fact that they don't want to get embroiled in sexual minority politics. Much of the criticism seems to be coordinated efforts from an ERG to attack the company and workers. Work environment is generally safe. E Company has experienced large growth.

      Cons

      In/Out culture where some insiders get promotions while others done. Layoffs and poor spending have hurt employees trust There are incidents of racism or xenophobia that does need to addressed
