Pros

First of all, I would like to let everyone know I worked in the outsourcing for Mitchell in Mexico as a Insurance Bill Analyst. The pay I used to get was 2,000 pesos a week which converted to dollar would be around 130 or so dllrs. This pay compare to other jobs in Mexico was great.

Cons

They treated us like machines, after the San Diego branch broke off, (or so they told us) they expected us to do their production and we had to have above 90% quality and the "motivation" was: do it or get fired.

Greatest people I have ever worked with.

Too focused on trying to "appear" to be doing the same things a "big" company would, without discussing whether it makes sense for this company.
