Mitchell is a forward-looking company. Senior management has great vision and clearly conveys the company's mission and goals to its employees. Mitchell is a results oriented company. They reward employees who perform well above standard. Mitchell has a decent benefits package and for some positions allows employees to work remotely.

Cons

Mitchell is in a highly competitive industry with only a handful of major players. It is sometimes difficult to gain new clients.

Growing, stable company. Great people and a lot of positive change to enhance the culture and invest for the future. Making good progress in upgrading talent around the company.

Cons

Still trying to shed some bad habits which are common in a rapidly growing/maturing company. There are still opportunities to further advance and align the culture.
