Pros

My coworkers are amazing and so supportive. The work is fairly easy once you know what you are doing. They give you a decent amount of sick time. They give you bonus days you can use for holidays/birthdays/anniversaries. No overtime

Cons

They call getting trained to do something new a "lateral" move so they don't have to give you a raise for a bigger work load. The job can be difficult to learn. Raises are scarce and low when given. The way they rate whether you get a raise or not is weird and confusing (i believe its that way on purpose) No overtime
