      A great company to work in from India, even in the "work from home" trend due to the covid pandemic.

      Pros

      As a UX designer, my job here is not just to make designs for roadmap features, but it is to be completely involved with the product team to perform discovery at the start of a project and work with the development team to ensure final outputs are as per the designs. This provides a great opportunity to learn about the product lifecycle and work closely with PMs, where UX designers play a very important role end to end. The workload is also manageable and it's not too difficult to work with the team in US.

      Cons

      There aren't really any cons I can think of working here. It's just that it's difficult to meet people in the US due to fewer overlapping working hours.

      1. Leadership committee stresses a lot on making sure employees are happy and satisfied. 2. CEO makes sure employees feel valuable at workplace. 3. Management makes sure team has enough time for development so that teams don't end up working late hours.
