      Pros

      Their COBRA offers surprisingly good coverage.

      Cons

      For a company that has by now likely acquired 20 companies in 5 or fewer years, Mitratech hasn't yet developed a playbook on how to handle the impacted employees with respect and empathy. Their HR team is overburdened and under-resourced to manage the influx of employee transitions (retained and laid off). If your company gets acquired by Mitratech, be vigilant about all the details and advocate for yourself to ensure you get the benefits you are due (including the ones that are grandfathered in as part of the acquisition).

      Good Place to Work but Low Salaries and No Focus on Learning

      Great people to work with, good job focus, cross functional teams, good benefits, decent PTO policy, faster than normal growth opportunities

      Cons

      Salaries on the low end, struggle to get continuing education in job requirements (trainings, conferences, etc), lack of direction sometimes, management often out of touch with reality on the ground, seems focus is always on revenue numbers without any consideration for what drives or blocks it, constant acquisitions without clear plans for merging systems and data which causes headaches for everyone in the trenches
