      Acquiring companies faster than it knows what to do with them

      It's large, so it's probably not going to capsize soon.

      Cons

      It's a confusion inside. They're acquiring companies without really understanding what they do, or how to fit them together. They're hiring the cheapest, youngest talent from India, and giving them very little support with the systems they inherit. Their strategy seems to be to brute-force the market and make the losses up in volume.
