They send sales people on a trip for an annual conference. Large suite of solutions/products

If your company is acquired by Mitratech, absolutely everything will change. The role, goals, structure, nothing will stay they same although they try to make it seem like nothing will change. They have unrealistic sales goals and expect you to meet those goals even if an updated comp plan has taken a month to announce and fix

Cons

Not transparent about compensation or professional growth budget. Management not interested in improving process and only made decisions based on internal politics. Not design led - success for design was how much/fast you could push out product not on actual improvement to product.
