Mitratech Values: Ownership - Mitratech lacks ownership and uses the 'toss it over the fence to the highest skillset person' method, which is frustrating Continuous Improvement - This one is correct, as Mitratech typically hires low skillset employees and throws them into the field and they can only go up from there! Transparency - Mitratech severely lacks transparency until you're let go due to budget cuts because the low-skillset employees have made projects go over budget due to lack of knowledge.
