      Pros

      Access to benefits (poorly managed) and "remote" culture.

      Cons

      Remote culture is the only culture here. A ground hog's day of weather discussions and continued errors performed without reason. Poor pay with bait and switch tactics. Don't expect what you negotiate in an interview to be honored if it's outside of company policy.
