      Pros

      Remote work with a somewhat relaxed vibe.

      Cons

      It feels like a big frat party. Where if you don’t sit at the cool kids table you are either thrown under the bus or worse let go to be replaced by someone else who fits the vibe better without actually produce anything. No room for growth or actual development.No job security.
