Pros

- Leadership vision makes sense and feels grounded in reality - People aren’t constantly overworked; expectations feel fair - Team collaboration is strong during important releases - Psychological safety as people can speak up and be honest - Supportive eng manager with strong technical and AI awareness

Cons

- Mostly US-based team, which can be tough from a European timezone - Very few off-sites, I still haven’t met any coworkers in person - Some people have left over the past year to pursue other opportunities, sad to see them go
