Remote Company that feels like family

Pros

- Fully Remote, which allows flexibility and also the ability to have coworkers across the globe - Strong company culture - Supportive and helpful management - Easy collaboration across teams - Opportunity and even encouraged to take on side projects to help improve workflows - Engaged and energetic CEO

Cons

- Engineering is still working out kinks. Big focus on growing that team, but fixing old, broken code hampers some of the rollouts - Not as big of a focus for company meetups with the North American teams compared to EMEA and South America, but a long-awaited trip finally seems to be in the works!

Great group of coworkers who genuinely care about you and clients. There's a lot of interdepartmental collaboration, and the CEO is transparent with how the company is doing.

Cons

Mixmax literally has employees across the world, so sometimes scheduling time with teammates is tricky.

1. People - Everyone is so nice and willing to go out of their way to help! 2. There is no micro-managing. 3. Tools - They believe in getting the right tools to help you be more successful. 4. Flexibility - Upper management is very aware and makes it easy to be flexible in schedules. 5. No office/remote working (this could be good or bad pending the person).

1. It is a startup, so some lack training resources. 2. Employees work in different time zones across the world. 3. No office (this could be good or bad pending the person).
