* Small enough to care about employees but big enough to have a great product * 100% full remote position * International and multi-cultural teams * Compensations for being remote * Collaborative working environment

* You need to adapt your schedule to agreed team schedule * Better perk's proposal (e.g. private health)

Great leadership, supportive colleagues- (we are a very international team), fully remote work, work-life balance, the business is doing well and continues to grow! The product keeps getting better.

Cons

Things are changing a lot like in many startups, so if you need a huge amount of structure, this isn’t a company for you.

Cons

I could say time zone difference, but it's so easy to coordinate with everybody, and they have pretty nice guides to handle that.
