The best part of working at MobileCause is getting to work with a variety of non profit organizations varying in size, location, and cause. It's great going home at the end of the day knowing that in some small way you're a part of the greater good and its awesome experience to get an intimate look at the inner workings of NPOs. The second best part is the people you'll work with day to day. It's honestly a pleasure to work somewhere with minimal personal drama interfering with the day to day operations. MobileCause has created a culture where it's easy to joke and laugh with your fellow employees, and stress free to speak with management. The third best part is the monthly (sometimes even a few times a month) lunch that's brought in and there's always quick snack, breakfast and lunch items in the kitchen.

The culture is superb. The money is great. I am on the Sales Team and I absolutely love my job. You never have to look at the clock because the days whiz by with action packed work weeks. New hires are ramping up quicker than ever. Our executive leadership has given us the tools to be as successful as possible. The environment is high pressure but they lead with the carrot and not the stick. The Sales Managers actually care about you and your goals and recognize every signle accomplishment.
