      Take good care of people, front line supervisors care, company management takes care of people.

      Cons

      Upward mobility CAN be limited, You will likely have to change jobs to move up. Company HQ is in Virginia, my company supervisor was in Alabama.

      Vacation and benefits were not competitive, salary increases were below inflation and "promotions" frequently came without additional compensation.
