      Pros

      The only pro is if you have never worked for them.

      Cons

      Frank Privitera, President bragged about his sports cars at an introductory meeting after winning our contract rebid then cut everyone's pay a few days later. Guy is arrogant, juvenile, and doesn't understand contracts or labor categories. His wife is a plant CEO for the benefits. Frank pulls the strings and has lost 5 employees in the last month, he will lose the contract by the end of the year due to his cluelessness.

      I'm surrounded by extremely smart, driven professionals, which pushes me to strive to be better. It's a small company, and even though we're spread across the country, I feel like I'm part of close knit team.
