      Pros

      -You can work remotely and do not have to go into the office. -Work closely with high-level employees. -Learn a lot about consulting.

      Cons

      -Due to it being a small company employees take on multiple roles which has them busy. -It is hard to advance.

      Leadership is smart, proactive, and creative. They do really care about employees and the work is pretty interesting.

      Cons

      Small company means the management wears a lot of hats, but they have been growing and I never had to wait more than a day or two to get an issue addressed.
