Pros

Diversity is great. Owner supports diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Owner is degrading, abusive, and belittling to all employees on company calls and in person. They preach culture but it’s a fraud. no real culture whatsoever. Everyone walks on eggshells and tries to keep a distance from owner as she fires at will for no reason. No training programs No bonuses, No formal reviews for salary increases. No company support at any level. Senior management changes monthly because of owners dysfunctional behavior. No long term tenure at any level. Revolving door.

• Harsh and uncaring upper management • Lack of empathy for others • Hypocritical practices • Prejudice and hints of racism • Favoritism within the company • Lack of diversity with upper management • Low pay • Bad benefits • No holiday pay or sick time • Expected to stay outside even when the heat index is over 100° • Failure to see value in hard workers • Bad business practices • Hostile work environments • The owner is a rich white woman who just want to fire everybody for small things • Lack of training for advancement • Being expected to do double frequently • High turnover rate

Great work life balance, positive inclusive work environment, customers are friendly, great training program, commission and bonus structure are very fair.

Cons

You have to be ok working outside.
