Great staff and upper management. Commissions are very good for AGM's and below. Family oriented.

Pros

You get to have good relationships with customers. It’s a great work environment. You get to work outside and you get to keep your car clean.

Cons

Sometimes we lose out on hours because of the weather. It’s a customer service job so rude customers come in every once in a while.
