Pros

Loads of travelling, national and international. Enthusiastic people to work with. No micro management.

Cons

Travelling can get tiresome, sudden change of plans to travel, need to be very diverse in product knowledge, need to be flexible with time.

Very good salary and benefits packages; pleasant work environment; management is very supportive of educational and career advancement opportunities; option to work 9/80 schedule; supportive of work/life balance; diverse multinational work force

Cons

Distracting open office environment; lack of processes can seem chaotic at times; almost zero flexibility regarding telecommuting (highly discouraged); high growth without plan for physical expansion has lead to recent crowding

Pros

Working with great people from many different companies, great travel opportunities, not a lot of bureaucracy in the decision making. The addition of 9/80 schedule this year is fantastic!

Cons

Modular has a history of promoting highly technical people into management positions, and not all of them are good at that part of the job.
