Pros

Lots of snacks, treats and attempts to bolster morale. Bosses are pleasant while implementing truly cruel work rules.

Cons

Training Program is many months with weekly testing. Fail a test and they fire you. Draconian Attendance Policy. There are ZERO excused absences, most people work sick, so you will be sick all the time. Constant monitoring. They listen to all your phone calls, monitor how long and how often you use the toilet.

Pros

I initially hired into a well-paying job in a stable company. The product was well known for how great it was. About the only thing left is great benefits.

Cons

The company has fallen apart. Great employees leave while those who should be fired immediately are kept long term.... and promoted. Constant change and lack of general direction....
