      Good salary package...Work life balance

      Dumb Management that promotes people unfairly. Nothing is transparent. Management is fixated on some score card metrics rather than to really push the costs down. This place is swamped with Consultants....You really don't want to ruin your career here. There is no open door policy and if you complain you are in line of fire. Every manager and director is obsessed with expanding their kingdom rather than working for the good of the company....its all top down,...No bottom up initiatives

      Pros

      Minority owned and originally formed to create a healthcare safety net for the poorest people in this country--a wonderful concept.

      Cons

      The classic definition of a hostile work environment. Gross violations of the law (younger employees are paid more than older workers), HIPPA violations too frequent to count, a totally un-involved leadership that allows and encourages amazing violations of gender laws. Add to that a 25% turnover in employees and it is the perfect storm for a business failure. What is most remarkable is that federal and state government agencies have not yet begun to even investigate this company. Do yourself a favor and look for a job elsewhere!

      This company offers exceptional benefits.

      Cons

      This company hires friends and family of the Molina's that don't have talent nor are qualified to run a billion dollar managed care corporation. The employees bleed Molina green and then are blindsided with terminations. This company will suck you dry and spit you out. I had a strong passion for this company and was a loyal, loyal employee and one day they decided they had no more use for me. This is a common occurence.
