Highly toxic and poisonous work environment

Pros

Sometimes an annual bonus payment

Cons

This place wants you to believe they exist to help poor people, but everything is a lie. The Molina brothers who run the company were born with silver spoons in their mouth and are just in it to get richer. They profess to care about their employees, but it is all just a dirty lie. For new employees they send you to Long Beach, and the Chief Operating Officer passes out packets of Kool Aid!!!! Doesn't anyone remember the Jim Jones suicide cult? This is a disgusting reference to 'drink the Kool Aid'! If you want your boss to be a genuine psychopath, then go to work at Molina. If this is not bad enough, they have a MONTHLY performance review with outmoded principles of the Game of Work that think you can assign a numerical score to your daily work performance!! This is a really sick place to work. I would not even assign a one star rating to this company.

Time to Step up and Lead

Pros

There is the opportunity to learn, always working with new technology, good benefits, decent pay

Cons

The culture is really disjointed. A lot of nepatism in promoting and the lack of accountability is atrocious. EIS was reorganized for the better, however the ones that lead this failed in everyway to deliver, they failed to define the group roles and responsibilities, individual roles and responsibilities and one director in charge of new technology and refining current processes has completely abandoned the company altogether. Hasn't produced anything in two years and got promoted to boot!! They actually read a book to try and manage their way out of the very issue they created. Managers all promoted themsleves, meanwhile leaving the rest without titles for two years. Mgmt did a real job selling the reorganization, now it is up to them to step up and lead which is NOT what they do so there really is no hope in success. The only success will be to let them all go and hire in talented experienced leaders who can lead.
