Talking with the members and hearing their appreciation of someone listening to them and offering teaching and other resources available to them. My co workers were all very supportive and we worked like a team. Work life balance.

Cons

Outrageous monthly case load, expected assignment completion timeframe is unrealistic. Management bullying and being defensive at employee responses. No 90 day or 6 month raise, yearly raise or cost of living raise. Constantly changing processes, and trying to remain aware of the changes is extremely confusing. Everyone is literally just a number, upper management has no sense of the magnitude layoffs will add to the team’s responsibilities.

New Hires are sent to learn about the company at HQ in Long Beach, Calif. Fair compensation (but I understand new hires make more than the experienced workers who have been there a while) great Benefits

Cons

training and expectations are not practical, not realistic, not communicated well because everyone does things differently. No work life balance to stay compliant with documentation you have to work overtime and weekends to catch up.. No communication or support from supervisor. high turnover of staff and nobody seems to care if you stay or quit.

I really enjoy my co-workers. I work with some of the best people I have ever met. Also if you are sick you can work from home. And that's about it.

Cons

This company seems to lack vision. Employees are not valued here and it is a revolving door. So many people either quit or get fired. Also, I go days and weeks without having any projects assigned. The job would be boring but there is so much office politics and drama that there is never a dull moment. This company sr. management also have a finger-pointing, blame others, and throw who they can under the bus. This job is so stressful.
