Pros

It's steady weekly income. Usually coworkers and management are easy to work and get along with. Make the most money as a route manager. Which doesn't take long to advance to.

Cons

If there are not enough teams then your getting worn out and houses do not get the attention they need bc your main concern is getting off at a decent time. Compensation starts at 18% of a house but when working in a group of 3 its only 12%.

Pros

no holidays or weekends... some people are nice

Cons

its alot of work for so little pay. you only get a small percent of what the company charges the home. you don't get paid hourly. it's pretty much minimum wage unless you half do the job to complete all of your assignments for the day to get decent pay check.
